You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time. You do not need our permission and you do not need to give a reason.
From inside the app
Open Aviators and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@aviators.org.il from the address your account is registered to, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder — this protects you from someone else closing your account — and then delete it. We complete this within 7 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile: name, email address, phone number, licence number, account type and profile photo.
Your flight logbook, gradings, self-assessments, syllabus progress, ground briefings and theory exam records.
Every document and file you uploaded, including medical certificates.
Your in-app messages and instructor links.
Your saved maps, routes and markers.
Your sign-in credentials and the record of your signed-in devices.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Export your logbook from the app first if you want to keep it.
What remains, and why
A flight you flew with someone else stays in their logbook, as their own record of their own flight. Grading an instructor wrote stays in that instructor's record of the flights they graded. We cannot delete another person's records.
Backups held by our hosting provider roll off within 30 days, after which no copy of your data remains.
Anything a law requires us to keep is kept for the period that law requires and used for nothing else.

אם היישומון אינו מותקן עוד, שלח דואר אלקטרוני אל support@aviators.org.il מהכתובת שאליה רשום החשבון, עם הנושא מחיקת החשבון שלי. אנו מוודאים שהבקשה הגיעה מבעל החשבון — הדבר מגן עליך מפני סגירת החשבון בידי אדם אחר — ולאחר מכן מוחקים אותו. נשלים זאת בתוך 7 ימים ונאשר בדואר אלקטרוני עם השלמת המחיקה.
מה נמחק
הפרופיל: שם, כתובת דואר אלקטרוני, מספר טלפון, מספר רישיון, סוג חשבון ותמונת פרופיל.
המחיקה מיידית ואינה ניתנת לביטול. ייצא תחילה את יומן הטיסה מהיישומון אם ברצונך לשמור אותו.
מה נשאר, ומדוע
טיסה שטסת עם אדם אחר נשארת ביומן הטיסה שלו, כרישום שלו לטיסה שלו עצמו. הערכה שכתב מדריך נשארת ברישום הטיסות שהעריך. איננו יכולים למחוק רישומים של אדם אחר.
גיבויים המוחזקים אצל ספק האחסון מתחלפים בתוך 30 יום, ולאחר מכן לא נותר עותק של המידע שלך.
מידע שחוק מחייב לשמור נשמר לתקופה שאותו חוק מחייב ואינו משמש לדבר אחר.
